CrossFit athletes have specific needs. At CrossFit Cadre, we work to address those needs in small, group sessions, designed to improve your fundamental Olympic lifts (Clean, Jerk, and Snatch).
These 60-minute, skill-intensive, sessions are lead by our USAW Coach, Jenna Head. All training sessions include an extensive warm-up, movement pattern training, and barbell progression development under load. Focus on safe technique adaptation will optimize athletic performance.
