60-minute functional fitness group session encompassing warm up, mobility, skill/strength, and a WOD (workout of Day). The workouts are tailored to every fitness level from beginner to elite. Our experienced trainers will watchfully guide you through the entire class.
OPEN GYM
Open gym time allows athletes to get additional work outside our structured classes to work on weaknesses and hone and perfect technique.
Open gym is available Monday through Saturday during all structured class times and on Sunday mornings from 10am to noon.
OLYMPIC LIFTING
Saturday 8:30 AM
The main focus of this Olympic Weightlifting Class is to improve Snatch and Clean and Jerk TECHNIQUE and QUALITY! Personal Records (PRs) are not the focus of this specialty class. Form and function are. Your dedication to correctly applying the fundamentals WILL translate to PRs. A secondary focus of the class will be accessory movements to improve strength, stability, and mobility in the positions that these lifts require.
CADRE HEAT

Cadre HEAT is a Crossfit “Light” class. It is a 60-minute class utilizing high intensity interval, isolation and body weight training. A potent combination of metabolic conditioning, functional movement and unique equipment to maximize your health and fitness results!
MetCon Monday
Monday 5:30 PM
Cadre has brought back MetCon Monday. The MetCon is a Crossfit style class with no barbells and heavy on the cardio. It is a 60-minute class utilizing high intensity interval, isolation and body weight training to maximize your health and fitness results. Its ideal for beginners to CrossFit, those getting back into CrossFit and anyone else that just needs a little more cardio burn.
